Kevin Thomason, JD

Kevin Thomason focuses on the representation of clients in tax matters. He provides advice and counseling on partnership, corporate, and real estate tax issues, with an emphasis on REITs, tenant-in-common syndications, master limited partnerships, and like-kind exchanges. He also advises on wealth preservation and estate planning matters and provides general counsel to businesses in multiple sectors.
